For daytime use, we recommend stuffing with one insert of your choosing. Regular inserts work well, including the bumGenius One-Size Inserts or Loopy-Do Inserts. (Loopy-Do inserts are trimmer, more absorbent, and contain ultra-absorbent hemp. Size large fits nicely in the 3T and Youth Small trainers.)
For overnight we recommend stuffing with two inserts, one of which should be hemp. We like theLoopy-Do Insert paired with the Knickernappies Just Hemp Insert. (Size Large for the Large and Youth Small Trainer.)

Measuring Your Child:
The tummy: Measure around the waist at the level of 1 inch below the belly button.
The thigh:Measure starting at the top of the leg at the hip - where the leg bends - then around through the crotch and back up to the top of the thigh.**Both of these measurements are basically along the lines of low rise underwear**
The rise:Measure from 1 inch below the belly button down through the crotch and up to the level of the belly button in the back.(I recommend measuring the rise over a stuffed diaper.)
