Prefold Diapers & Diaper Covers
Prefold Cotton Diapers
 A prefold diaper is sewn with a thicker, absorbent layer in the middle. Seams are sewn to assist with folding the diaper in thirds so that it fits neatly inside of a diaper cover. Modern diaper covers enable users to simply lay a prefold diaper inside and fasten around baby WITHOUT the need for pins! That's right...no pins needed!

Diaper Service Quality (DSQ) Prefold Diapers
Our prefold diapers are 100% unbleached cotton. They are natural cream in color and are sewn with color coded trim to identify the different sizes. Most babies never need more than the infant and premium sizes, but we also offer the newborn size for preemies/small newborns and the longer premium size for big toddlers. Please Note: Prefold diapers arrive to you direct from production. They start out large and stiff and are not absorbent until washed. Wash and dry on hot at least 3-5 times before first use, drying between each washing. This will make them shrink to size, quilt up, and become soft and absorbent. They will reach maximum absorbency after they have been washed about 7 times. They will shrink up aproximately 20% with washing, and that is normal. Washed prefolds cannot be returned.
Our prefolds are sold in dozens.
We recommend 2-3 dozen prefolds and 6 diaper covers per size.

Diaper Covers
A diaper cover is used to wrap the prefold diaper neatly around baby's bottom and provide a layer of waterproofing. Some people also refer to diaper covers as "wraps."
The modern diaper covers sold at Simple Cloth are soft, durable, and breathable. They close with either hook and loop "velcro" style closures or snap closures and can be washed together with your diapers!
Our best selling diaper covers are the Thirsties Duo Wrap, which comes in two adjustable sizes and the Thirsties Diaper Cover, available in sizes from Extra-Small to Large.
